A choice of recording studio reflects a personal statement - in its studio ethos,the Beehouse focuses on the quality of the end product, and a stimulating but unstressful and tranquil recording experience. To achieve this we have developed our recording facility in a stunningly beautiful but isolated location in a rural environment, rich in wildlife and scenery. Our main studio is situated in the unique countryside on the borders between Wales and Shropshire, between to Oswestry, Shrewsbury and Welshpool, within striking distance of Birmingham.

The last 20 years have shown that large mausoleum-like edifices are expensive to run and do not necessarily produce recording products superior to any other. The Beehouse succeeds in maintaining an informal yet creative commerciality in its atmosphere. Our work is valued by customers, not only because of the creative, original and versatile approach of our production team, but because we succeed in getting the best quality performances and contributions from artists and songwriters.

We produce every genre, with various specialisms in electronic dance, pop and indie, RnB, soul, reggae and dub, neo-classical, rock, metal, punk, ska and world music. Our audio technology, which can be viewed via this link, is at the cutting edge of sound evolution, and we focus on the technical and creative, aiming to give you an exciting commercial product at the end of the day, rather than empty flattery and a glamour experience! We work intensively, always looking at the organic development of the artist. Voice recording, therefore, is combined with information about vocal and microphone technique, and recording artists are given a real insight and input into the development process.

Non-recording visitors may wish to participate in sessions or to spend their time walking, cycling, photographing, birdwatching, sightseeing, reading, playing computer games, watching television or working their way through our extensive collection of studio CDs.

The Beehouse is a reflection of extreme creativity fused with commercial recording objectives.

Once your recording is laid down, and developed to your taste, there are then a number of further commercial steps we can take to ensure that things move on. These are as follows:

1. The allocation of EAN and ISRC codes to your track.

2. The upload of your track for retail to Noochoon.

3. The development of a worldwide promotions programme.

4. The production of a simple accompanying video slideshow, or full-blown HD pop video.

5. Upload to Youtube, with optimisation.

6. The development of your music website.

7. Scheduling of live performances

So starting from a relaxed beginning, we are able, if you wish, to take you many steps of the way to your own public presence and the development of your performance image and status.
