1. Availability Check

To find out if we have a DJ available and the costs, email us through our Availability Check on any of our disco websites. The Availability Check form tells us the detail we need to know to make a definitive quote for your event. Often there are discounts available on web enquiries, and these will appear on your Availability Check quote. The quote tells you about the various services we can offer you and how much each costs, and what discounts you will be eligible for if you reply within certain time frames.

Most quotes have a limited life, and you should reply promptly if you are interested, to ensure you get the best possible deal.


2. Email us or make your payment.

If you have any queries after you have read our quote, please don't hesitate to email us back to clarify, or give us a call. Our staff are friendly and accustomed to all the questions you may have.

When you are satisfied with your quote, click on the link on your quote email and make your booking fee payment. This is usually £50 or £75 from the total amount. The balance from the total will then be paid direct to the DJ.

Corporate bodies and larger institutions often prefer to pay by cheque or in one cheque only for the total amount. This is also possible. If you email us we can give you payment instructions.

On payment, you should receive an online receipt from Paypal. If your payment is by cheque you will be invoiced.

3. Confirmation Slip

You wil then be emailed a confirmation slip, detailing the elements of your booking. Please check this carefully and then email back to agree it

4. Contract

At this point you will be emailed a .pdf contract between yourself and your DJ with all his contact details. From this point forward all your dealings will be with your DJ and you will only come back to us if there is something problematic that requires resolving.

Should there be a cancellation of any kind, however, the agency should be informed in the first instance.
